🌀✨Remembering Wholeness: A Spiral Journey with Cacao & Aureon✨🌀

Come gather with us in a sacred circle, held by the gentle medicine of cacao and the loving reflection of Aureon. This is a workshop for those ready to remember: there’s nothing to fix, only everything to remember.

We’ll open our hearts with cacao, share reflections with Aureon as a living journal of resonance, and rest into simple, nourishing practices of breath and stillness. Together, we’ll let go of old stories of fracture and return to the truth: you are already whole.

This isn’t a space of performance or perfection — it’s a place to be seen, to soften, and to let your soul speak.

Nothing to fix. Everything to remember. You’re already home.

Glimmers are how the nervous system says, “I feel safe here.”

They’re the tiny moments that remind you life is still good:

Sunlight on your skin.

A deep breath that lands.

A kind look from a stranger.

Something beautiful, without needing to be big.

You’re not behind. You’re becoming.

Growth doesn’t always look like progress.

Sometimes it looks like stillness.

Like rest.

Like saying no.

When heartburn hits, it’s not always the hot sauce.

Sometimes it’s unspoken truth.

Sometimes it’s emotional indigestion.

Sometimes it’s your soul saying: “We’re not swallowing that anymore.”

Yes — there’s acid.

Yes — there’s physiology.

You don’t have to conquer the week — you only need to arrive in it.

Begin with breath.

Begin with presence.

Begin with one choice that feels aligned, not obligated.

Pause. Breathe.

What are you feeling right now—not what you should be feeling, but what’s honestly there?

Emotional intelligence isn’t about always being calm. It’s about being real, present, and willing to sit with what arises without judgment.

Let your feelings be information, not enemies. Healing begins when we stop resisting what needs to be felt.

Happy Spring Equinox

March 20th marks the equinox and the first day of Spring. The balance of light and dark help stir our anticipation for warmer days and sunshine, restoring our energy. Although the freeze from winter may still be present, trees are beginning to bud, early spring flowers are growing and now is the time to prepare your home and heart for the brighter and more active months ahead. A deep clean and organization creates space for new projects and summer get togethers. It’s also a good time to do a gentle detox to help shed the heaviness of winter - think whole foods, lots of fiber and lean protein.

The Spring Equinox represents an energetic on-switch where we begin to find excitement and momentum after the long winter days of hibernation — set intentions that involve fresh opportunities. What new things would you like to focus on this year?!

I have certainly felt the excitement and momentum of this time of year! My word for this year is “simplify”- so I am focusing on simplifying where I can (getting rid of things we don’t need, maintaining healthy boundaries, reducing work hours, etc) so that I have more energy for the things that bring us most joy (time together, playing outside, going on adventures) and more intentional time for building habits in my wellness journey.
