There’s something special that happens when Joyce steps into the space; the room softens, the nervous system settles, and people remember what it feels like to truly exhale.

Last night’s Auricular Acupuncture session was no exception. Quiet conversation, blankets, dim light, steady presence…and Joyce moving from person to person with the kind of care that can’t be taught, only lived.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this gentle reset. Thank you, Joyce, for sharing your medicine with such grace and warmth.

Under the quiet light of the new moon, we gathered; hearts open, intentions clear.

We wrote love letters to the universe:

gratitude for what is,

and invitations for what may come.

We sipped cool herbal tea, sweet and simple.

Last night’s gathering was magical; we sipped cacao, talked about the energy of spring and how to leverage this time of year to plant seeds of intention, we connected and expanded our energy and left feeling renewed, uplifted and supported.
