For years, our studio has held space for movement — for yoga, breath, and body-based practice.

And that sacred rhythm will continue.

Our classes and workshops will remain — rooted in presence, flow, and nervous system attunement.

But now, the fire is calling us into something more communal. More creative. More alive.

Under the quiet light of the new moon, we gathered; hearts open, intentions clear.

We wrote love letters to the universe:

gratitude for what is,

and invitations for what may come.

We sipped cool herbal tea, sweet and simple.

Our monthly Reiki Healing Circle has become a sacred space of connection, renewal, and deep energetic alignment - and we’d love for you to join us.🌀

Since January, Kacie, Reiki Master, has been guiding this magical gathering with grace and intention. Each month, we come together in community to sip cacao, open our hearts, and explore meaningful topics around energetic wellbeing.🪷

We share reiki energy with one another, creating a flow of healing that’s both powerful and grounding. We close our circle in meditation, allowing the energy to settle and integrate.🧘‍♀️

Whether you’re new to energy work or a seasoned practitioner, this is a space where your soul will feel seen, supported, and recharged.😌

Last night’s gathering was magical; we sipped cacao, talked about the energy of spring and how to leverage this time of year to plant seeds of intention, we connected and expanded our energy and left feeling renewed, uplifted and supported.

Feeling grateful to be a part of this community - come join us next time. We gather on the last Tuesday of the month 6:30-7:30p.
