Today marks 13 years since we opened our doors; a space for healing, alignment, and coming home to self.

To my amazing staff; your presence, dedication, and heart are the foundation of this work. Thank you for showing up with so much care.

This year, I’ve been challenging myself to make choices that truly reflect my values…and this next one is big!

Crystal and Lee not only own and operate Hidden Creek Farm, they do it in a way that honors the land and animals they raise. Primarily a meat farm, they offer organic pasture-raised cow, pig, goat, rabbit, duck and chicken, each with their own season of harvest and butchering. They also offer eggs during laying season, a goat milk share, heirloom vegetables and they have a variety of locally sourced goods in their Farmacy on the property.

I am all for diving in; gardening, growing my own herbs and attempting veggies. And I think being self-sustainable and connected to the earth is a worthy endeavor. I even contemplated pulling a permit to have chickens in the backyard of the clinic - let’s be honest, that may still happen! But what I…

Last night’s gathering was magical; we sipped cacao, talked about the energy of spring and how to leverage this time of year to plant seeds of intention, we connected and expanded our energy and left feeling renewed, uplifted and supported.

Here’s the scoop; the way social media has been operating is not in line with my values. And instead of continuing to ‘just play the game’ I’ve decided to level-up.💥

I have found a way to create an app through my website builder that will allow us to connect with more authenticity; no adds, negative content or mismatched algorithms.👏🏻

I also feel strongly that if you are looking for health-related content, it should be with educated, licensed professionals. That’s me! The app will be full of holistic health tips and advice that you can trust - no AI, misinformation or influencers trying to sell you snake oil.👩🏻‍⚕️

This has been a year of reclamation and owning the power of my choice. I have been making moves to truly live by the values I hold. More to come on all that I’ve been up to…on the app.😉
