What Feels Like Pressure

Not all urgency is yours.
Sometimes what feels like pressure is your body registering someone else’s pace. Their need, their demand, their tone…mistaken as your own.
Before interpreting, you can listen.
Watch where your energy leans without asking.
Notice:
🌿 the slight forward pull in your chest when a task is incomplete
🌿 the tightening behind your eyes when you’re near someone else’s overwhelm
🌿 the invisible reach your breath makes toward a screen, a message, a signal
🌿 the drop in your belly when a decision that felt important suddenly softens
🌿 the pause at the base of your spine when nothing needs you
These are not instructions. They are signals.
Your body is always orienting—toward safety, clarity, and pace.
Agency lives where orientation stabilizes. And orientation stabilizes when your energy is no longer trying to match what was never yours.
