While each body responds differently, care here follows a clear clinical framework: we assess, track change over time, and make recommendations that support integration between visits.
Before Your Visit
No special preparation is required. You do not need to arrive regulated, symptom-free, or clear about what is happening in your body. Information shared before or during the visit helps orient care, but nothing needs to be organized perfectly. Comfortable clothing that allows for movement is helpful.
Initial Orientation And Assessment
Sessions begin with a brief check-in to understand what has brought you in and how your system is currently responding.
Assessment may include:
-
postural and movement observation
-
palpation and hands-on evaluation
-
discussion of symptoms, patterns, and history
-
use of specific tools when appropriate (such as Bio-Well or Heart Sound Recorder)
These assessments are used to establish a baseline and to help track changes over time. They are not used to diagnose conditions, but to understand patterns of function, stress, and adaptation.
During Care
Care is hands-on and responsive, with pacing guided by how your nervous system and tissues respond in real time. Depending on your needs, sessions may include chiropractic care, cupping, sound, or other supportive modalities. Not every session includes the same elements; care is adjusted based on current findings and response. Throughout the session, attention is given to:
-
tissue tone and responsiveness
-
breath and nervous system regulation
-
ease or resistance to movement
-
changes in symptoms or sensation
The goal is not to push the body, but to work within its capacity so change can be sustained.
Measuring Change
Progress is evaluated through:
-
changes in symptoms and pain patterns
-
shifts in movement, posture, or tissue quality
-
nervous system regulation and recovery
-
repeat assessments when appropriate
Some changes are noticed immediately. Others emerge gradually across sessions. Both are expected and taken into account when planning care.
Recommendations Between Visits
Based on findings, you may be given recommendations to support care between sessions.
These may include:
-
movement or postural guidance
-
lifestyle or ergonomic considerations
-
nutrition or supplement recommendations
-
pacing or recovery support
Recommendations are tailored and adjusted over time. They are offered to support integration, not to add pressure or a long list of tasks.
After A Session
Responses after sessions vary. Some people notice relief or increased ease. Others feel tired, reflective, or aware of subtle shifts. Occasionally, symptoms may temporarily change as the body adapts. These responses are part of the process and are discussed openly so care can be adjusted as needed.
Ongoing Care
Some people come for short-term support. Others benefit from ongoing care to address long-standing patterns. Frequency and duration of care are discussed collaboratively, based on:
-
how your body responds
-
the nature of your concerns
-
your goals and capacity
There are no predetermined timelines.
A Closing Note
This clinic combines clinical assessment with paced, relational care. The aim is not simply short-term relief, but meaningful, trackable change that the body can maintain. Questions are always welcome and care is adjusted as information emerges. This is a place where change is supported carefully, deliberately, and with respect for the body’s intelligence.
